Promotion period
Nominations open at 12:00 am Pacific Time on November 2, 2026 and close at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on November 22, 2026. Nominations received outside this period are not considered.
Who can win
A for-profit small business or nonprofit that operates in Deschutes County, Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver and La Pine. The owner, or a person authorized to sign for the business, must be 18 or older and accept the prize. Businesses already under contract with Web Envisions, and employees of Web Envisions and their immediate families, are not eligible.
How to enter
Submit the nomination form at webenvisions.com/giveaway. Anyone may nominate a business, including its owner. Multiple nominations for the same business are welcome but do not increase its chances. If someone other than the owner nominates a business, Web Envisions will contact the business to confirm it wants to take part; a business that does not confirm cannot win.
How the winner is chosen
This is a judged contest, not a random drawing. Zack Lekas of Web Envisions reviews every confirmed nomination and chooses one winner using these four criteria, weighted equally:
- Impact: how much a new website would help the business reach customers.
- Community: what the business means to the people who nominated it.
- Readiness: the owner can provide content and feedback within the project timeline.
- Fit: the business’s needs fit the Launch website package.
The winner will be announced on or about December 1, 2026.

The winner must provide text and photos within 3 weeks of accepting the prize, or the prize may be offered to the next finalist. The winner owns the finished website and its content. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted for another package. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize’s value.

The winner will be contacted by email and phone and has 7 days to accept. If the winner does not respond in that time or declines, the prize may be offered to the next finalist.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Web Envisions may use the business name, the website before and after, and photos the owner provides, in social media posts and on webenvisions.com. A review or testimonial is never required to win or keep the prize.
Everyone nominated
Each confirmed business that does not win is offered a free video review of its website and 15% off a new Web Envisions website signed by January 31, 2027. Accepting the offer is optional.
