The inquiry form

When you send a project inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, an optional business name or website, and your message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and for nothing else.

Preview On this preview build the form runs in test mode: nothing is delivered or stored beyond a short server log line that excludes your message.

The server records a short diagnostic log line for each submission so delivery failures can be investigated. That line does not include the text of your message.

If you email zack@webenvisions.com directly, your message is handled like any other email correspondence.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

Hosting

Hosting provider details will be added here once the production host is confirmed. Hosting providers typically keep standard server access logs for a limited period.

Playground and demo data

Guest drafts, conversations, and reviewed project requests are retained for up to seven days. Use Delete my draft in the playground to remove your draft, conversations, and saved request earlier. Drafts belong to this browser; cross-device accounts are not offered.

AI runs only after you confirm processing. Your entered goal, selected options, and demo question are sent to OpenAI. Contact fields and private client previews are excluded. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information. OpenAI may retain API data under its own applicable data policies; deleting your draft does not delete provider records.

Brief submission saves one request for Web Envisions review. It does not send an email, make a purchase, book an appointment, or publish a website. Usage records retain request identifiers, outcomes, and token counts without prompt content to enforce the initial usage limit.
