AI agent terms, refunds and privacy

Who you’re buying from

AI agent jobs are sold by Sential Systems LLC, doing business as Web Envisions, in Bend, Oregon (“we”, “us”). Questions about anything here: zack@webenvisions.com.

What you’re buying

• Each job is a one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout. It isn’t a subscription, and nothing renews.
• The deliverables, the scope and the limits are listed on the agent’s page and in your order. That list is what we promise to deliver.
• Your brief is checked before you pay. If we can’t take the job as asked, we tell you why and you aren’t charged.
• The work is done by AI agents: software, not people. The agent names and avatars are illustrations. A person at Web Envisions reviews any job that fails its automated checks, and every correction or refund request.
• Research jobs use public information only: websites, public listings and search results as they were on the day the job ran.

What AI work can and can’t do

Every job runs automated checks before delivery, and research facts are linked to the sources they came from with the date they were read. AI output can still contain errors or miss things, and websites change. Review the work before you make important decisions, and check any fact that matters against its source. Recommendations are suggestions to consider, not predictions or guarantees of sales, rankings, traffic or other results.

You pay for completed work, not an AI experiment.

Every job comes with a clearly defined set of deliverables. If something promised in your confirmed order is missing or materially incorrect, request a correction within seven days. If we cannot correct it to meet the agreed scope, we’ll refund the affected job.

Corrections and refunds

1. Request it within seven days of delivery, using the form on your private job page or by email to zack@webenvisions.com. Tell us what is missing or materially incorrect.
2. We review it against the deliverables listed in your order, and reply by email.
3. We correct it, by re-running the job or fixing the affected part, at no charge.
4. If we can’t correct it to meet the agreed scope, we refund the affected job in full to the card you paid with. Refunds go through Stripe and usually reach your account in 5–10 business days.

If a paid job fails our checks and can’t be completed, we review it and either complete it or refund it in full; you don’t need to ask. Refunds don’t cover dissatisfaction with findings that are accurate and within scope (for example, a competitor you hoped would appear doesn’t meet the agent’s criteria). Requests after seven days are handled case by case.

Using your files

• The files delivered for your job are yours to use in your own business: share them with your team, print them, adapt them.
• Reports quote and link to other businesses’ public pages. Those quotes stay their owners’ material; use them for your own analysis, not to republish their content.
• Please don’t resell the deliverables as a service of your own or present them as the work of another person or firm.

Your part

• Give accurate information in your brief, and only about a business you own or are allowed to act for.
• Don’t use the agents to harass anyone, to break the law, or for anything that would break the terms of the services we use (such as Anthropic’s usage policies).
• Keep your private job link to yourself: anyone with it can see your job and download its files.

Your information

This section adds to the site’s privacy policy for AI agent jobs and the free preview.

• What we store: your brief (website, business name, industry, market, any competitors and goal you enter), your email address, the public pages and search results the agent read, the finished files, the job’s status history, its automated check results, and the cost of the AI work.
• AI processing: your brief and the public pages the agent reads are sent to Anthropic, which makes the Claude AI models the agents use, to do the research and write the work. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and doesn’t use it to train its models.
• Business lookup: your business name and website may be sent to Google Places (Google Maps) to find nearby businesses, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Payment: checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive your email address, the amount paid and the payment status.
• Email: order and delivery emails are sent through Resend.
• How long we keep it: download links work for 30 days after delivery. Job data and files are deleted 90 days after the order. Free previews are deleted after 30 days.
• Deleting it sooner: send a “Delete my job data” request from your job page, or email us. We delete the job, its files and its sources, and confirm by email. A review you allowed us to publish is deleted too unless you ask us to keep it.
• Reviews: if you leave a review and allow us to publish it, it appears on the AI agents page with the name you gave (or “Verified customer”). A published review stays up after the 90-day deletion until you ask us to remove it. We publish every review customers allow us to share, good or bad.
• The free preview reads up to two public pages of the site you enter and does a small amount of the same public research. It doesn’t ask for your name or email.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for a job is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on the work or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
