Custom websites for Redmond businesses

I’m Zack, the developer behind Web Envisions in Bend. I build custom websites for Redmond businesses that need to explain their services, help customers choose, and make inquiries easier to act on.

What your website needs to do

  • Explain what you do, fast

Clear pages for each service and the area you cover, so a customer comparing options on a phone knows within seconds whether you’re the right fit.

  • Turn visits into requests

Quote, booking, or service request forms that ask the right questions, so the request you get already says what the customer needs and when.

  • Help people choose

For shops and businesses with options, a guided finder that narrows things down instead of leaving people to scroll a whole catalog.

  • Make calling easy

Built for phones first, with your number and the next step always one tap away.

Examples you can try

Working demos built the way I’d build them for a Redmond business. The businesses in them are fictional.

  • Working demo

    Service request

Customers describe the problem, pick a time window, and send a complete request, with an honest status that never pretends a booking is confirmed. A fit for repair shops and home services.

    Remodel and custom home planner

Homeowners shape their project, see an honest price range from the builder’s own pricing, and request a site visit with the details already written.

Working together from Redmond

Most meetings happen on video. When it helps, I can meet you in person in Redmond. A Launch-size site usually takes about 3 to 6 weeks.

  1. A conversation

Send a few lines or call. I reply within one business day. Smaller sites get a quote by email; bigger builds start with a discovery session and a written scope and fixed quote.

  2. A prototype with your real content

A working version with your services and wording, clearly labeled, before anything goes live. You review it and ask for changes.

  3. Build, test, and launch

Every page and form tested on phones. You approve the finished site before launch, and I hand over the logins and how to make simple edits.

Scope and pricing

  • Launch website

    $2,500 to $4,000

A polished site that explains what you do and makes it easy to get in touch.

  • Growth website

    $5,000 to $9,000

A fuller site you can update yourself, with one guided tool that helps customers choose.

  • Intelligent website

    From $7,500

Guided tools and live AI that help customers decide, like the demos on this site.

Every price is an estimate until we’ve confirmed the details. The pricing page has the current packages, add-ons, and an instant estimate.

Questions before starting

Do we meet in person?

Most meetings happen on video, which keeps things quick for both of us. When it helps, I can meet you in person in Redmond. I’m based in Bend, a short drive away.

How long does a website take?

A Launch-size site, up to five pages, usually takes about 3 to 6 weeks. Most of that depends on how quickly the words and photos come together. Bigger builds get their timeline in the quote.

Can you work with my current website?

Yes. I work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and custom-coded sites, whether that means a fix, an improvement, or a rebuild that keeps what works. I’ll need admin or collaborator access, and you keep ownership of everything.

Who writes the words and provides the photos?

You know your business, so you provide the facts and any photos you have, and I help shape the words on each page. If you need full copywriting or photography, I can add it and quote it separately.

What happens after launch?

You own the site. You can make simple edits yourself, or I can keep it updated, backed up, and monitored on a care plan from $49 a month.
